		<description>Thank you for your comment, I read a lot of articles on this subject now referred to as &quot;Broken Britain&quot; a lot of these aticles seem to blame society as whole for they people turn out, I think it is somewhat more simplistic in that the people (in Britain at least) live as for society rather than in it.

I think that saying the way people chose to behave is a product of society is really an excuse for none conformity.

There seems to be a lot of people passing the blame rather than facing the cause.

I would be really interested in the article you read which opposed my opinion, please could you share the link?
